Belle And Sebastian are ready to get back to work. The melodic Glaswegians are preparing to hit the studio to record the follow-up to 2006's "The Life Pursuit." The group informed fans of their plans via an email last week, explaining that they were flying to Los Angeles to record the disc. Belle And Sebastian have also booked a handful of dates in Finland, Norway, and Japan this summer.
Soundgarden is digging into the vaults to do something special for Record Store Day. This year's event takes place April 17th and participating retailers will stock a limited edition orange vinyl seven-inch re-issue of the band's SubPop debut single, "Hunted Down." The track is backed with the song "Nothing To Say." For a list of participating stores, visit www.recordstoreday.com/Venues. |
