Jessica Simpson's "Price Of Beauty" Debuts Tonight
What defines beauty? Jessica Simpson has traveled the world to answer that question, and the results can be seen tonight on VH1 as her show, "The Price of Beauty," makes its debut. For the show the country and pop singer and actress visits several countries, including Thailand, where she watches a young girl at a ceremony where she is given her first neck-lengthening ring. UsMagazine.com says Simpson also tries -- unsuccessfully -- to get in touch with her inner beauty in one of Thailand's Buddhist temples. In her attempt to meditate Simpson reportedly loses concentration, and ends up laughing hysterically. Other stops include Morocco, where Jessica learns how to do Moroccan tea tray dancing in Marrakech, and Uganda, where she visits a "fattening hut" and is told that "beautiful is big." The debut of "The Price Of Beauty" airs tonight on VH1 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern. |
