Teenager Arrested In Connection With Susan Boyle Break-In
There is finally an arrest in the case of a burglary that happened to Susan Boyle in January. "BBC News" reports that a 16-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the case. The singer walked into her home on January 26th while the burglary was in the progress. Boyle was returning from a recording session where she had been working on the British charity single to benefit victims of Haiti's earthquake. At the time, Boyle told authorities that she had witnessed a young boy leaving her home. She went inside and realized some of her personal items had been "disturbed." The song Boyle was recording on the night her home was burglarized was a cover of R.E.M.'s "Everybody Hurts." The charity single, headed up by "American Idol's" Simon Cowell, went on to become the fastest selling UK charity single of this century. It quickly became the number one song on the UK singles chart after its release.
