Stars Keys, Peas Align To Celebrate FIFA World Cup
The Black Eyed Peas, Alicia Keys, and John Legend have scored a huge gig -- the FIFA World Cup Kick-Off Celebration Concert. All three artists will join a roster of international stars to perform at the concert on Thursday, June 10th at Orlando Stadium in Soweto, Johannesburg. They will be joined by Shakira, Juanes, and a variety of African artists. More artists are expected to be added to the lineup soon. Fans who can't make it all the way to Soweto should fear not. The show will be broadcast all over the world that day and is slated to take place at 1:00 p.m. Eastern. The concert happens just a day before the FIFA tournament begins. The world cup is set to take place across 13 South African venues. The final game to crown the championship team is expected to take place around July 10th or 11th.
