Indiana Police Claim To Find Drugs On Michaels' Tour Buses
Bret Michaels and his "Roses & Thorns" touring entourage have hit a road bump. According to TMZ.com, police officers in DeKalb County, Indiana reportedly found marijuana and illegal substances in two of Michaels' traveling buses on Wednesday night. Cops pulled over the buses at 11:30 p.m. local time with K-9 dogs reportedly sniffing out the substances. Michaels was reportedly on one of the two detained buses when the search was conducted. He was not on the bus where police allegedly found the illegal substances. No one was arrested at the scene, but citations were made. Prosecutors in DeKalb will now review the case.
No announcements have been made regarding the incident's impact on Michaels' tour. Per the rocker's website, he's scheduled to take "Roses & Thorns" to Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan to Sioux Falls, South Dakota tonight. Earlier this month, Michaels released a new solo LP, "Custom Built." The 47-year-old continues to battle back from a brain hemorrhage he suffered earlier this year. |
