James Otto Presenting Himself On "James Otto"
James Otto is calling his upcoming album "a declaration of who I am." He describes the self-titled project as having a "country-soul sound," and tells TheBoot.com it's, quote, "where we're going, and if you like it, this is for you." The CD will include Otto's current release, "Groovy Little Summer Song," which the singer says, quote, "was the perfect first single, because it really sets the tone for the whole record." He also notes the seasonal track, quote, "celebrates everything I love about summer." Other highlights include the tracks "Good Thing Gone Bad," which features Ronnie Milsap, and "Soldiers and Jesus," which Otto says is his wife's favorite song on the album. Otto's "James Otto" is expected to hit stores in September. |
