Kellie Pickler Says Celebrities Didn't "Sign Up" For Everything They Experience
Kellie Pickler says it's not exactly fair that people criticize celebrities who gripe about their position, claiming the stars "signed up for this." The country singer admits there are some aspects to fame aspiring singers and actor should expect -- and accept. But she explains that every job comes with surprises.
Pickler has been in the public eye since 2006, when she was a finalist on "American Idol." She completed her run on the show in sixth place, ultimately losing to Taylor Hicks, but she's gone on to have a successful career in country music. Pickler notes that over these last four years she's "learned a lot," and that her life has changed significantly for the better. She adds that she's found with fame, quote, "the good completely outrides the bad. I really can't complain about anything. I've been so blessed." Kellie is currently on the road with Rascal Flatts, opening the shows along with Chris Young. Their next concert is coming up in Virginia Beach, Virginia on Friday. |
