New Elvis Album To Be Released In November
Elvis Presley fans will soon have another album to add to their collections. "Viva ELVIS - The Album," based on the Cirque du Soleil show of the same name in Las Vegas, is scheduled to be released in November. The CD will invoke, quote, "the spirit and essence of Elvis from a contemporary perspective." Album producer Erich van Tournow spent over three-thousand hours reviewing various recordings of the legendary singer, making over 17-thousand samples of Elvis' songs. A sample of the new album will be played August 14th, as part of "Elvis Week" in Memphis. "Viva ELVIS" continues to perform at the Aria resort on the Vegas Strip. |
