Alleged Daughter Of Michael Jackson Sues For Inheritance
A woman claiming to be Michael Jackson's daughter is trying to get a piece of the late King of Pop's estate. TMZ.com is reporting that Mocienne Petit Jackson has filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court claiming that a DNA test will prove she's the music icon's child. Jackson alleges that in 1975 a then-17-year-old Michael Jackson secretly impregnated her mother Barbara Ross -- the sister of singer Diana Ross. Mocienne Petit Jackson says Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson, then came up with a plan to "abduct" her and send her to Belgium to protect Michael's "reputation." She adds that all seven of her abductors were eventually murdered.
Mocienne Petit Jackson -- who makes her home in the Netherlands -- says she has finally decided to tell her story so that she can, quote, "formally claim my part of my father's inheritance." She also says she wants to obtain custody of Michael's three kids so she can give them a, quote, "more normal life," adding that just like Michael she too has been diagnosed with Vitiligo. Barbara Ross, Diana Ross, and Michael Jackson's camp have yet to comment on the lawsuit. |
