Tyrese Promises To Pay Ped-Bike Speeding Ticket
R&B singer and actor Tyrese Gibson is opening up his wallet for the ped-bike driver who got a speeding ticket at San Diego's Comic Con over the weekend. Gibson and a man dressed as comic book character Mayhem were passengers on the ped-bike when a police officer pulled the driver over for going to fast. In a video posted at TMZ.com, Gibson can be seen promising to pay the price of the ticket for his driver. He says it was his fault for asking the driver to peddle around in circles while waiting for his limo to pull up. As cameras and Comic Con fans moved in, Gibson can be seen signing autographs and asking the police officer how much the ticket will cost. He says, quote, "This is the most classic moment...Officer Ferguson is dead serious. He is not messing around. We are getting a speeding ticket. This man right here has been doing way too much cardio."
Tyrese Gibson stars in the upcoming movie "Transformers 3" opposite fellow actors Josh Duhamel, Shia Labeouf, and Rosie Huntington-Whitley. The film is due in theaters on July 1, 2011. |
