Apocolyptica Goes With Gavin
Apocalyptica is collecting on a decade-old favor from Bush singer Gavin Rossdale. That favor is paying off with a hit single titled "End Of Me." Cellist Eicca Toppinen says Rossdale is featured on the song and is a great guy with a unique style. Because of this, the vocalist put his own stamp on the song.
Toppinen says they've known Gavin Rossdale since 1998 adding, quote, "We did a remix for 'Letting The Cables Sleep' and that's why we're familiar with Gavin's voice and style and that's why we wanted to ask him for the record." The single "End Of Me" is featured on the new "7th Symphony" disc, due August 24th. |
