In 1986 David Lee Roth's "Yankee Rose" peaked at number 16 on the pop singles chart. In 1988 Danzig released its self-titled album. In 1989 Guns N' Roses Izzy Stradlin was arrested after creating a disturbance on an airplane. He allegedly urinated on the floor, verbally abused a flight attendant, and smoked in the non-smoking section of the jet liner. In 1993 The marriage between U2's Adam Clayton and model Naomi Campbell was postponed a year because of work commitments, They ended up never marrying. In 1995 Velvet Underground member Sterling Morrison died at the age of 53. He had non Hodgkin's lymphoma. In 2000 Slipknot's concert in Dublin was cancelled because the National Parents Council of Ireland made a formal complaint against the band. Garbage frontwoman Shirley Manson said she was OK with Britney Spears being among the "vacuous pop stars in our midst" because she had a sense of humor about it, but Manson though Mandy Moore was "absolutely hideous." In 2004 Dave Matthews was among those participating in a salute to Carlos Santana, who was being honored as the 2004 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year.
