Good Charlotte's Joel And Benji Madden Plot Macy's Promotional Tour
Good Charlotte's Joel and Benji Madden will launch their series of in-store appearances at select Macy's stores next week. The brothers are slated to play free acoustic concerts at five Macy's outlets over the next two months in support of the "Mad Picks" collection -- their fashion collaboration with Macy's featuring clothes from the store's American Rag label to which they've given their stamp of approval. Joel and Benji will kick off the promotion at the Macy's Cherry Hill in Cherry Hill, New Jersey on September 11th, and visit the Macy's Rosedale Center in Rosedale, Minnesota on September 25th. October shows include the Macy's International Mall West Dade in Miami, Florida on the 9th, the Macy's Galleria at Roseville in Roseville, California on the 16th, and the Macy's Old Orchard in Skokie, Illinois on the 23rd.
Each concert event takes place at 2:00 p.m. in the Macy's Juniors department and will include autograph sessions. During their shows Benji and Joel are expected to play material from the band's upcoming CD "Cardiology," which will arrive November 2nd. |
