Alan Jackson Readies A New Hits Package
Alan Jackson is celebrating the 20th anniversary of his debut album with a new hits collection. The singer will release "34 Number Ones" this fall. The two-disc project features all of Alan's chart-topping hits along with his new collaboration with Zac Brown Band, "As She's Walking Away," and two rare tracks -- "Look at Me," from the 2008 soundtrack to "Billy: The Early Years," and "Ring of Fire," Alan's never-before-released take on the Johnny Cash classic. The collection also includes Jackson's first number one, 1990's "Here in the Real World;" 1995's "Gone Country;" his 2003 duet with Jimmy Buffett, "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere;" and last year's "Country Boy;" as well as his September 11th, 2001-inspired chart-topper "Where Were You (When the World Stopped Turning)." Jackson's "34 Number Ones" will be in stores November 23rd. |
